Various sponsorship levels are available to exhibitors and non-exhibitors at the conference, ranging from $500 to $10,000. Benefits vary depending on level. Some sponsorship opportunities include conference registration, giving you access to all sessions and a presence on site. Booth Reservation Information 
Booths are $1300 per booth if you register and pay your booth in full by 10/31/21. After 10/31/21, the booths will be $1,600 per booth. Quad booths are $5,300 before 10/31/21 and $5,600 after 10/31/21. Table top options, if available, are $1200 before 10/31/21 and $1500 after 10/31/21. All booths are first come, first served. To hold your booth(s), you will need to submit a deposit equal to one booth payment.

EXHIBIT HOURS (Subject to Change)

Monday, February 7 - Exhibits will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 8 - Exhibits will be open from 9:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.

PAYMENT FOR SPACE - The cost of one exhibit space is due in full along with the submission of this contract.  Payment and contract must be received for booth assignment to be processed.  Any payment not received in full by October 31, 2021 will not be eligible for early bird pricing. Any booth(s) that still have a balance due after December 30, 2021 will be released without refund and booths will be resold. Booth purchases made after December 30, 2021 will have a 2 week grace period to pay any remaining balance. 

CANCELLATION - A full refund will be made by PETE&C for cancellations of exhibit booth contracts received in the PETE&C office on or before November 30. A $300 service fee will be charged for cancellations received after November 30.  No refunds will be made for booths cancelled after December 1, 2021. (Note: A quad booth is classified as four booth locations combined. A $300 service fee will apply four times to any cancelled quad booth location.)

If PETE&C cancels the conference or changes to an all-virtual format, the booth/sponsor contact person will be notified and have the option to request a full refund or apply payment to a sponsorship at the virtual conference.  Refunds will be processed within 60 days of request.
