Exhibitor Details
An Exhibit Booth is not included in the purchase of any Conference or Event Sponsorship. If you are interested in a booth and a sponsorship, they both MUST be selected during the registration process.

Exhibit Booth Rates

• 8' x 10' Booth - $1,500 (by 9/22) and $1,800 regular
• 8' x 8' Booth - $1,500 (by 9/22) and $1,800 regular
• 6' x 10' Booth - $1,500 (by 9/22) and $1,800 regular
• 16' x 20' Quad Booth - $5,200 (by 9/22) and $5,800 regular

What comes with your Exhibit Booth?

• 1 6’ display table with cover, skirt, and two chairs
• Pipe and drapes and a sign with company name and booth number (Exhibit Map)
• 4 registrations for company representatives (must be registered via the Exhibitor Service Center)
• Quad booths include 4 tables, 8 chairs and 12 registrations
• Basic internet for fielding emails, Not for streaming or uploading and downloading
• Exhibit Hall is carpeted
• Electric, internet, other furniture, etc. are NOT included in booth cost and must be ordered and paid for separately

    Exhibit Booth Sponsor - $500

• Must have an Exhibit Booth at PETE&C
• Participant in the Vendor Passport Game inspiring attendees to stop at your booth 
• Group recognition on the NEW Social Wall on 4 monitors around the venue
• Floor Cling in front of your booth 
• Attendees can access the game through the mobile app

Sunday, February 7 - 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Monday, February 8 - 7:30 am - 9:45 am (must be set up for 10:00 am opening)

Exhibit Hours
Monday, February 8 - Exhibits open from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, February 9 - Exhibits open from 9:15 am - 2:15 pm

Exhibit Teardown
Tuesday, February 9 - 2:15 pm -  5:00 pm

Summit Opportunities

PETE&C Summits are half-day, topic driven events that will take place on Monday and Tuesday a The Hotel Hershey. Each Summit will start with a Keynote and be followed by 2 timeslots with 7 to 8 concurrent sessions. Topics include Online Learning, Student-Centered Learning, AI, STEELS/STEM, and Cybersecurity.

• 1 session to present during the Summit
• NEW Social Wall advertisement running during the event
  (4+ monitors around the venue)
• Logo on PETE&C website & mobile app
• 1 Individual Sponsor Sign at the Summit
