EXHIBIT BOOTH RESERVATIONS

Early Bird reservations are $1,300 per booth, if you register and pay in FULL by September 22, 2025. After which the price increases to $1,600 per booth. Quad booths are $4,800 during the Early Bird period and $5,400 after. All booths are first come, first served, and to hold a booth(s), you need to submit a deposit equal to one booth payment. Additional Exhibits Information:

• All booths in the Exhibt Hall, with the exception of Quads, are 8'x 10'
• Most booths in the hallways (700-715, 100-128, and 150-151) are 8' x 8'
  • Booth 703 is 8' x 10'
  • Booths 713 and 714 are 6' x 10'

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Multiple sponsorship levels are available to both exhibitors and non-exhibitors at PETE&C, ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 with a variety of benefits. Sponsor benefits vary based on the sponsorship level or event, but all sponsor opportunities include at least one conference registration with at least access to all sessions the day of the event, a website and mobile app logo, and some level of signage (digital or physical). Payment for Space - To process your booth assignment(s), the cost of one exhibit space or sponsorship is due in FULL along with execution of the contract terms on the payment page. Any booth(s) or sponsorship(s) that still have a balance due after December 31, 2025 can be released without refund and resold. Vendor purchases made after December 31, 2025 will have a 2 week grace period to pay their balance in FULL.

Cancellation Policy - Booth Registration can be canceled by sending a notice by email to registration@peteandc.org. Your refund request must be received by the specific dates listed below to receive a full or partial refund:

• Full Refunds will be issued for cancelations received prior to October 2, 2025.
• A $300 Service Charge will be applied to cancelations between October 2 and December 5, 2025.
• No REFUNDS will be approved for requests received after December 5, 2025.
