Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Multiple sponsorship levels are available to both exhibitors and non-exhibitors at PETE&C, ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 with a variety of benefits. Sponsor benefits vary based on the sponsorship level, but all sponsor opportunities include at least one conference registration with access to all sessions, a website and mobile app logo, and some level of signage. EXHIBIT BOOTH RESERVATIONS
Early Bird reservations are $1300 per booth, if you register and pay in FULL by October 31, 2024. After which the price increases to $1,600 per booth. Quad booths are $4,800 during the Early Bird period and $5,400 after. All booths are first come, first served, and to hold a booth(s), you need to submit a deposit equal to one booth payment.

Monday, February 10 - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, February 11 - 9:15 am - 2:15 pm

PAYMENT FOR SPACE - To process your booth assignment(s), the cost of one exhibit space or sponsorship is due in FULL along with execution of the contract terms on the payment page. Any booth(s) or sponsorship(s) that still have a balance due after December 31, 2024 can be released without refund and resold. Vendor purchases made after December 31, 2024 will have a 2 week grace period to pay their balance in full.


CANCELATION POLICY - Exhibitor Registration can be canceled by sending a cancelation notice by email to registration@peteandc.org or physically to PETE&C. Your refund request must be received by the specific dates listed below to receive a full or partial refund:
  • Full Refunds will be issued for cancelations received prior to November 1, 2024.
  • A $300 Service Charge will be applied to cancelations between November 1 and December 20, 2024.
  • No REFUNDS will be approved for requests received after December 20, 2024.
