Exhibit Booth & Sponsorship Opportunities

EXHIBIT BOOTH RESERVATIONS

Early Bird reservations are $1,500 per booth ($5,200 for Quads), if you register and pay in FULL by September 22, 2026. After which the price increases to $1,800 per booth ($5,800 for Quads).

All booths are first come, first served, and to hold a booth(s), you need to submit a deposit equal to one booth payment. If you do not submit full payment by the end of the Early Bird Period, your booth price will increase to the Full Booth Fee.

Additional Exhibits Information: 

Booth Size - All booths in the Exhibt Hall, with the exception of Quads, are 8'x 10'.

Monday, February 8 - 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday, February 9 - 9:15 am - 2:00 pm

Payment for Space - To process your booth assignment(s), the cost of one exhibit booth or sponsorship is due in FULL along with execution of the Contract Terms on the payment page. Any booth(s) or sponsorship(s) that have a balance due after December 31 can be released without refund and resold.

NOTE: Vendor purchases made after December 31 will have a 2 week grace period to pay their balance in FULL.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Multiple sponsorship levels are available to both exhibitors and non-exhibitors at PETE&C, ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 with a variety of benefits. Sponsor benefits vary based on the sponsorship level or event, but all sponsor opportunities include at least your logo on the PETE&C website and some level of signage (digital or physical).

NOTE: An Exhibit Booth is NOT part of any Sponsorship Level.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booth Registration can be canceled by sending a notice by email to ahuber@pasbo.org. Your refund request must be received by the dates listed below to receive a full/partial refund:

• Full Refunds will be issued for cancelations received prior to October 2, 2026.
• A $300 Service Charge ($1,000 per Quad) will be applied to cancelations between October 2 and December 5, 2026.
• No REFUNDS will be approved for requests received after December 5, 2026.
