Various sponsorship levels are available to exhibitors and non-exhibitors at the conference, ranging from $500 to $2,500. Benefits vary depending on level. Some sponsorship opportunities include conference registration, giving you access to all sessions and a presence on site.
Booth Reservation Information
Booths are $1100 per booth if you register and pay your booth in full by 7/31. After 7/31, the booths will be $1,400 per booth. Quad booths are $4,000 before 7/31 and $4,300 after 7/31. To reserve a Quad booth at the special rate, please contact Karen Rogers or Andrew Rucker at 717-540-9551. To hold your booth(s), you will need to submit a deposit equal to one booth payment.
EXHIBIT HOURS (Subject to Change)
Monday, February 8 - Exhibits will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 9 - Exhibits will be open from 9:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
PAYMENT FOR SPACE - The cost of one exhibit space is due in full along with the submission of this contract. Payment and contract must be received for booth assignment to be processed. Any payment not received in full by July 31 will not be eligible for early bird pricing. Any booth(s) that still have a balance due after September 30 will be released without refund and booths will be resold. Booth purchases made after September 30 will have a 2 week grace period to pay any remaining balance.
CANCELLATION - A full refund will be made by PETE&C for cancellations of exhibit booth contracts received in the PETE&C office on or before August 30. A $300 service fee will be charged for cancellations received after August 30. No refunds will be made for booths canceled after November 1. (Note: A quad booth is classified as four booth locations combined. A $300 service fee will apply four times to any canceled quad booth location.)
