TECHNOLOGY STUDENT OF THE YEAR
- Any student in grades 6-12 doing unique or outstanding work to promote or participate in educational technology endeavors.
- The applicant or the nominator, if nomination someone else, must submit the application form by November 1. The application should describe the educational background and noteworthy achievements and explain how they promoted and participated in an educational technology program.
- Two (2) recommendations from individuals, school transcripts, and an essay are vital components of the application, as they provide a comprehensive view of the nominees' achievements and potential.
- Teachers are encouraged to share the awards information with their students and nominate their students.
- Any person doing unique or outstanding work to innovate in the educational technology field.
- The applicant or the nominator must submit the application form by November 1. The application should describe the nominee’s educational background and noteworthy achievements and explain how they promoted, participated, and innovated in educational technology.
- Two (2) recommendations from individuals, a résumé or Curriculum Vitae (CV), and an essay are to be submitted with the application.
- Any administrator who encourages or facilitates innovation and/or leadership in the use of technology in school entities.
- The applicant or the nominator must submit the application form by November 1, highlighting the nominee's educational background, noteworthy technology innovation, and/or leadership achievements and explain how they encouraged or facilitated the use of technology in school entities.
- Two (2) recommendations from individuals, a resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV), and an essay are to be submitted with the application.
