Online Learning Summit

Welcome to the PETE&C Online Learning Summit! The Online Learning Summit is designed for those educators who are connected to online teaching & learning experiences. Online learning is a branch of the PA Student-Centered Learning Community of Practice. Participants will select from a variety of interactive and informative sessions focused on research and data driven practices supporting the world of Online Learning. The Online Learning Summit takes place on Monday morning at Hotel Hershey.

Summit Keynote: Desiré Mosser, Instructional Coach, Pasco eSchool
Desiré Mosser is an Instructional Coach at Pasco eSchool, where she partners with 140 online teachers and support staff, leading professional development and shaping high-quality virtual learning experiences. She serves as Vice President of Florida BOLD, a statewide community of educators dedicated to strengthening online and blended learning through collaboration, connection, and shared practice, and is the author of SOS: Strategies for Online Survival. With nearly two decades in online education, including teaching at Florida Virtual School and earning multiple Teacher of the Year awards, Desiré has presented at national conferences on online teaching and learning. She also speaks for NOPE (Narcotics Overdose Prevention and Education), sharing her personal story of family addiction with thousands of middle and high school students each year to emphasize the importance of avoiding drugs and alcohol. She brings her life experiences and belief in the power of relationships to every audience and online learning environment she touches.
