Act 48 Information: You must complete the online session evaluation to confirm attendance for the sessions and for credits to be awarded. Evaluations must be completed by March 31. After this time the Act 48 credits will be processed, and the data will be submitted to the PERMS system. Contact Adrian Huber with any questions.
Cancellation Policy: Attendee registration may be cancelled by sending an email cancellation notice  to registration@peteandc.org or by mail to PETE&C, 2608 Market Place, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Your refund request must be received by the specified dates listed below to receive a full or partial refund:
  • Full refunds will be issued if your cancelation notice is received by December 20, 2024.
  • Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be issued if your request is received by January 17, 2025.
  • No REFUNDS will be approved for requests received after January 19, 2025.
Participants under 18 years of age: Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate in PETE&C as conference attendees; however, in limited circumstances and with prior approval from the PETE&C Board of Managers, they may participate in specifically identified components of the PETE&C program.

Participants under 21 years of age: As part of the PETE&C registration process, attendees and exhibitors will be required to indicate whether they are under 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 shall not be permitted to participate in or attend any PETE&C event at which alcohol is being served. 
Exhibitors: Exhibitors must refer to the Exhibit Space Contract for conditions on exhibit space and log into the Exhibitor Service Center for representative registration.
Inclement Weather: Unless the Governor declares a State of Emergency prior to the event starting, the PETE&C event will run as scheduled and the above cancelation policy will apply.
