Looking to learn more about the Keystones/KTI community? Need to recapture the magic of the KTI Summit? Regardless of your role in education, the KTI PreCon is for YOU! Open to all in PETE&C attendees, it’s a fun, fast-paced day of learning, connecting, and growing. Discover fresh ideas to elevate your classroom, network with passionate educators from across the Commonwealth, and maybe even consider a Keystone nomination for yourself or a colleague. Edcamp PETE&C: 12:30 - 3:30 pm in Crystal A, and Empire A, B, C, & D
This event offers a unique and dynamic approach to professional learning with no pre-registration required. Simply show up and be part of a highly engaging experience where the participants drive the learning. As an “Unconference,” Edcamp breaks away from the traditional format by allowing attendees to create the session topics in real time. Whether you're interested in AI tools, digital citizenship, instructional coaching, Google or Apple technologies, or any other topic that’s top of mind, you’ll have the opportunity to suggest and shape the sessions yourself.
Topics are grouped based on common themes, and participants choose the sessions that interest them most. There are no formal presenters, as each session is a collaborative experience where everyone shares ideas, strategies, and tools. The flexible format encourages movement; using the “rule of two feet,” participants can leave one session and join another at any time to make the most of their experience. The event begins with a full group activity and the creation of the session board. Then it ends with a group share-out and prize giveaways. Edcamp is all about learning with and from your peers in a way that’s energizing, relevant, and entirely participant-driven.

Blast off with EdTech Explorers, a launchpad for pre-service teachers, professors, and advisors to discover innovative and tech-powered teaching! Dive into creative strategies, team up with K–12 schools and tech leaders, and explore the excitement of college student PAECT chapters. It’s an energizing mix of hands-on learning, collaboration, and inspiration, perfect for charting your course in tomorrow’s classrooms!
Welcome Reception: 7:00 - 10:00 pm in the Chocolate Ballroom
Join us as we kick off PETE&C with a Welcome Reception designed to bring our community together! Whether you're a first-time attendee or a PETE&C veteran, this pre-conference gathering is the perfect opportunity to connect, reconnect, and start your experience on a high note! Enjoy refreshments, a lively atmosphere, and a DJ that’s sure to keep the energy high and the conversations flowing. All are welcome, so come network with fellow educators, innovators, and the PETE&C Team at the Hershey Lodge and kick things off together!
