PETE&C Conference Reception: 4:30 - 5:30 pm in the Exhibit Hall

After an exciting first day of learning and exploration at PETE&C, join us in the Exhibit Hall to relax, reflect, and reconnect! Enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks as you debrief on sessions, share takeaways with colleagues, and spark new conversations with fellow attendees. Close out the day in a more casual setting. Whether you're looking to network, dive deeper into a new EdTech topic, or simply enjoy great company, we invite you to wrap up Day 1 with us in the Exhibit Hall.

PAECT Reception & Awards: 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the Chocolate Ballroom (tickets required)

Join fellow educators and EdTech enthusiasts for an evening designed to help you unwind, connect, and celebrate the PAECT community. Enjoy delicious appetizers and a cash bar as you recap the day’s learning, spark new conversations, and recharge alongside your people. The evening also features PAECT’s program and awards ceremony, recognizing inspiring voices and innovations across the state.

Shuttle Buses to Downtown Hershey: 5:30 - 10:30 pm
If you want to get away from the Lodge for the night, PETE&C is providing shuttle buses that will be running to multiple stops in and around downtown Hershey:

Procedural Safeguards (Live Entertainment): 8:00 - 10:00 pm in the Chocolate Ballroom

Returning for their second year, The Procedural Safeguards are back by popular demand. By day, they lead educational initiatives; by night, they're a high-voltage rock cover band that knows how to bring the energy! Made up of Intermediate Unit leaders from across PA, The Procedural Safeguards will light up the stage with classic hits, contagious energy, and a passion for performance that’s guaranteed to get you moving.

Whether you’re dancing, singing along, or just enjoying the vibe with colleagues old and new, this is your chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate everything Day 1 had to offer. Come as you are and let's rock this conference together!

For the competitive types that want more than music, bring your A-game to the Cornhole Tournament also in the Chocolate Ballroom.

Here are all the details you will need:

• Cost to Play:  $10
• Starts Promptly: Late players will NOT be able to be added into the schedule, please arrive on time.
• Teams: Players will be randomly partnered with other participants.
• Registration Cap: Space is limited, get there early to get a spot!
• Payment: ONSITE and CASH ONLY, please try to bring exact currency.
• Rules & Format: Switcholio - Blind draw round robin format in which players get a new partner for every game and are ranked on an individual wins and losses basis.  Number of games dependent upon the number of registered players.
