PETE&C welcomes the return of our Cybersecurity Summit! Check out the amazing line-up of sessions on Cybersecurity by national, state, and local professionals. The Cybersecurity Summit takes place on Wednesday morning at PETE&C at the Hershey Lodge.

Summit Keynote: Lieutenant Colonel Christine M. Pierce, Director, Cyber Operations – Pennsylvania National Guard
LTC Christine Pierce serves as the PA National Guard J36 / Director of Cyber Operations. She has been working in the Military Information Technology and Cybersecurity field for over 23 years as both an Active Duty and National Guard Officer. In her current role, she successfully established and managed the first-ever Cyber Branch and Cyber Defense Program. Under her leadership, the program grew from a single member to over 100 trained cyber professionals, significantly enhancing the organization’s cyber defense capabilities. Christine also spearheaded the creation of a Joint Cyber Training Facility, facilitating over 50 cyber exercises and training events to boost operational readiness. Christine has collaborated with organizations at the national, international, and local government levels; particularly focusing on PA state and local governments, educational institutions, and critical infrastructure to provide cybersecurity assistance and cyber incident response across the Commonwealth. She is responsible for the overall management and coordination of all Pennsylvania National Guard cyber operations, policy, training, and incident response. Throughout her career, Christine has demonstrated exceptional strategic planning abilities, implementing innovative initiatives and fostering operational excellence. Known for driving change through inspiration and influence, Christine excels in cross-functional collaboration and the implementation of cutting-edge security solutions to safeguard critical assets.
