EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Exhibitor Booths
8'x10' Booth = $1300 (before 10/31) and $1,600 (after 10/31)
8'x8' Booth = $1300 (before 10/31) and $1,600 (after 10/31)
16'x20' Quad Booth = $4,800 (before 10/31) and $5,400 (after 10/31)
Table Top (6' table) = $1200 (before 10/31) and $1500 (after 10/31)
What comes with your Exhibit Booth?
- One 6’ display table with cover, skirt, and two chairs
- Pipe and drapes and a sign with company name and booth number (seen on the Exhibit Map)
- Four registrations for company representatives (must be registered via the Exhibitor Service Center)
- Quad booths include 4 tables, 8 chairs and 12 registrations for company representatives
- Exhibit Hall is carpeted
- Electric, internet, other furniture, etc. are not included in booth cost and must be ordered and paid for separately through the venue (see below)

Sunday, February 4 - 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, February 5 - 7:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. (must be set up for 10:00 a.m. opening)
Exhibit Hours
Monday, February 5 - Exhibits open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 6 - Exhibits open from 9:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Exhibit Teardown
Tuesday, February 6 - 2:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Exhibits in Chocolate Lobby must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6.
