This keynote is full of stories to reach your heart and surprise twists to keep you on the edge of your seat. In the end, it will make you think about your purpose as a teacher and inspire you!

The shift in modern media has changed the way we are influenced and how we consume information. With over 80% of the US population now using at least one social media platform, this is what I call “The New Normal”. However, this shift in media has come naturally for attention seekers and the controversial. We’ve seen a rise in negativity and misinformation. This has caused resistance from the smart and rational when it comes to using social media. Positive individuals are shying away from using digital platforms to share their thoughts and opinions, when their voices are needed the most. We’ve also seen resistance in terms of the empowerment towards youth amplifying their voice online.
