Each year PETE&C offers a diverse audience for exhibitors to display and demonstrate their latest products and services. Beyond exhibiting at the conference, there are many opportunities to get your name out to the attendees by advertising on our web site, sponsoring an event or presenting an educational session. Sunday night sessions are also popular among attendees.

BOOTH INFORMATION
8'x8' Booth = $900 (before 7/31) and $1,050 (after 7/31)
8'x10' Booth = $900 (before 7/31) and $1,050 (after 7/31)
16'x20' Quad Booth = $3,150 (before 7/31) and $3,450 (after 7/31)
Table Top (6' table) = $800 (before 7/31) and $950 (after 7/31)
Cost includes booth drapes, identification sign with company name and booth number, one 6' display table with cover and skirt, two stack chairs and four registrations for company representatives. Quad booths include 4 tables, 8 chairs and 14 registrations for company representatives. Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Electric, internet, other furniture, etc. are not included in booth cost and must be ordered and paid separately.

Monday, February 12 - Exhibits open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 13 - Exhibits open from 9:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.
EXHIBIT SET-UP
Sunday, February 11 - 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, February 12 - 7:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. (must be set up for 10:00 a.m. opening)
EXHIBIT TEAR-DOWN
Tuesday, February 13 - 2:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Exhibits in Chocolate Lobby must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13.
