LODGING INFORMATION: Room blocks are available at the Hershey Lodge as well as the Hotel Hershey. The rates are below. Please note that the room reservation link will be sent in your conference registration confirmation. Reservations cannot be made without registering for the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Attendee registration may be cancelled and a full refund issued by sending a written cancellation notice by email to registration@peteandc.org, by mail to PETE&C, 2608 Market Place, Harrisburg, PA 17110, or faxed to (717) 540-1796, on or before January 1, 2018. Attendee registration may be cancelled with a $25.00 cancellation by sending a written cancellation notice by email to registration@peteandc.org, by mail to PETE&C, 2608 Market Place, Harrisburg, PA 17110, or faxed to (717) 540-1796, on or before January 26, 2018. Your refund request must be received on or before the specified dates listed to receive a full or partial refund as described above. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation requests received after January 26, 2018.
Exhibitors - Exhibitors must refer to the Exhibit Space Contract for conditions on exhibit space and log into the Exhibitor Service Center for representative registration.
Inclement Weather - Unless the Governor declares a State of Emergency, the PETE&C event will run as scheduled and the above cancellation policy will apply.
