New This Year…Technology of the Future Track
New to PETE&C this year is the addition of a Technology of the Future Track. This track will focus specifically on Cloud Computing, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and the impact these two technologies have on education.Rudi Behnke Kicks Off New Technology Track
Rudi Behnke, Manager of Sales Engineers Northeast Region (PA/NJ/DE) for Citrix Systems, Inc., is responsible for working with his team to ensure customers understand the capabilities and benefits of new technology trends. He strives to convey the personal and business value of flexible “be anywhere” computing to support an organization’s goals. He has been with Citrix for five years, watching the industry revolutionize how and where people learn, work and play. Prior to his current role at Citrix, he was a certified technical trainer/instructor for 12 years on products and services at Citrix, Microsoft and others. Behnke has also worked for Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters on corporate IT initiatives. Over the years he has seen the computing world change from mainframe computing to Internet connected PCs to today’s BYOD environments and the new “Cloud” services.
