Student Video

Attention Videographers:

The Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE&C) requested applications for student groups to create on-site promotional videos showcasing technology in education at PETE&C 2017 in Hershey, PA (February 12-15, 2017).

Why you might be interested:

  • Give your students an opportunity to produce video outside of the school environment
  • Free three-day conference registration for group advisor (Valid for 2017 or 2018 conference; Lodging/meals not included)
  • Five hundred dollars to be used towards helping pay travel costs or to improve your video production program


  • Four Students with one Advisor
  • Students come for one day
  • Bring your own equipment
  • PETE&C will have the rights to use the video during the conference and on its web site


  • Be creative
  • Adhere to copyright laws and fair use guidelines
  • Three minutes or less
  • School-appropriate content
  • If possible, capture the process in storyboards and/or video/photos of production

  • General Sessions with Interviews of the General Session Speakers
